發糕 Steamed Cupcakes
材料:
低筋麵粉 100公克
在來米粉 100公克
泡打粉 8公克
細砂糖 140公克
水 150公克
Ingredients:
100 grams of reduced gluten wheat flour
100 grams of rice flour
8 grams of baking powder
140 grams of sugar
150 grams of water
作法:
1. 將麵粉、在來米粉與泡打粉過篩置於盆中,再加入細糖與水一起混合拌勻後分裝於碗中或紙杯中。
2. 待蒸鍋內的水沸騰,將作法1放入蒸籠中,以大火蒸10分鐘即可。
Preparation Instructions:
1. Sift the low gluten flour and rice flour along with the baking powder into a mixing bowl, then mix in the sugar and water until evenly blended. Pour into bowls or paper cups.
2. Place these within a steaming pot of boiling water and steam for 10 minutes.
